Batrus Hollweg International published the most recent findings as a result of an 18 month study.

  • 18.6 percent of restaurant workers admitted they had pocketed cash that should have been placed in the register.

  • 1.3% steal more than $20
  • 37% admitted that they had rung up less expensive items than was served to the customer.
