Since 1935, United Credit Union has provided financial services to mid-Missouri, and grown into a premier institution serving more than 28,000 members across 6 locations.
In 2012, the leadership team at United realized they needed a more responsive partner for their surveillance system and associated technological needs. They needed a system they could rely on, that would integrate easily with their existing network infrastructure.
Sound Solutions responded by collaborating with their in-house IT department to deploy new technology that included “health monitoring” to continually monitor the function of all recorders and cameras. This solution is designed to notify their IT department and our offices in the event of any camera malfunction or lapse.
This system has been continually updated as technology expands, providing on-going peace of mind, safety, reliability, and service.
